Merchant & Mills' "The Denham" Jacket Pattern
Inspired by a vintage Austrian hiking jacket. This neat mid-season piece is perfect for all weathers. A double breasted jacket that can be lined or unlined. It features two flap pockets and a button tab to close the collar.
Denham is more closely fitting than a lot of our other patterns, do carefully check the finished measurements table, and if in doubt size up.
All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.
Skill level: Intermediate
Fabric suggestions – dry oilskin, oilskin, linen, 8 -12oz denim, wool, corduroy, cotton twills or canvas. A heavier weight cloth will result in a more structured jacket.
For linings, Merchant & Mills suggest barrier lining if using an oilskin, otherwise - cotton voile, lightweight linen, cotton poplin, lightweight wool and slip linings.
Additional details on sizing and pattern materials can be found on the listing photos. Please note: the pattern is written in English (UK) using metric measurements.
