Sabrina was inspired by papyrus, bamboo, eucalyptus and rubber. These life-changing plants had huge significance for ancient societies and still do today. The original sketch was hand painted in ink on genuine papyrus and inspired by the decoration of the Oriental artefacts at the Victoria and Albert museum.
From the Plants that Changed the World story, which celebrates the rich significance of the plants that have endured throughout history. From the romantic rose to the humble tea leaf, each plant worked into one of the prints is inextricably linked to art, science and humanity.
