Elysian has been used by both dress and furnishing fabrics, first appearing in an early pattern book from the early 1920s. The design has been redrawn paying attention to ensure each flower has an intense variation of different colours, giving it a new vibrancy. It was featured in the first Classic Tana Lawn® collection in 1979.
The florals in this "medium" version are slightly larger than the original Elysian print. (The last listing photo shows the fabric next to Elysian Day B for comparative purposes). Additionally, this Elysian version has been specially colored in a vibrant turquoise blue and red scheme.
Fabric measures 56/57" wide (1.46m/1.42m). Printed on superfine 100% cotton Piccadilly Poplin (approximately 110 grams per square meter). Made in the Italy.
Sold in 1/4 meter (0.27 yards) increments. Price is for a 1/4 meter. We cut additional increments of fabric continuously. For example, if you select 4 units (which equates to 1 meter), you will receive a single piece of fabric that is 56/57" wide and 1 meter long. We regret that fabric, once cut, is non-refundable.
This fabric is $36/meter or $9 for a quarter meter strip.
