Thorpe is named after the artist John Hall Thorpe, whose early-1900s paintings inspired its dense floral layout. Drawn and coloured in 1968, its flourishing design evokes the classic style of ‘30s Liberty florals. This is the A colourway - multi-colored florals on a Prussian blue base, specially produced to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Liberty Fabric's Classics range.
