pe·nel·o·pe
(pîª-’ne-lîª-pÒ). noun [usu. as object]
is a triangular lace shawl that we meant to take on our summer travels but didn’t quite finish it in time. Knit with pearl fiber, Penelope is silky, luminous and cool to the touch, making it perfect for the dog days of summer. We’re saving it for a holiday trip to the Islands.
ORIGIN New York City, pattern written by the Jones & Vandermeer design team.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL intermediate (one of the lace sequences utilized may be challenging for a beginner to lace knitting)
